Authenticated business accounts
Business dashboards require authenticated accounts. Missed2Lead scopes application access to the business workspace linked to the signed-in user.
Sensitive registration information
Business registration numbers entered during secure onboarding are encrypted by the Missed2Lead application before database storage. The encryption key is managed separately from the application database.
After compliance setup, an authorized Missed2Lead administrator can delete the stored full registration number while retaining only a limited verification record such as the last four digits and deletion timestamp.
Calling and messaging security
Missed2Lead uses HTTPS and validates cryptographic signatures on Twilio webhook requests before processing calls, messages, and delivery callbacks. This helps prevent unauthenticated internet requests from imitating Twilio events.
Consent records
For the built-in missed-call SMS flow, the caller hears a voice disclosure and must press 1 before the first text is sent. Missed2Lead records the business, caller, call identifier, consent method, prompt version, and timestamp for that event. A recorded opt-out can also mark the consent record as withdrawn.
Production logging
Routine production logs are designed to avoid storing full inbound message contents and full customer phone numbers. Limited technical identifiers may still be logged when needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
Service providers
Missed2Lead relies on specialized providers to operate the service, including Twilio for communications, Supabase for application data and authentication, Railway for hosting, Netlify for the public website/forms, and OpenAI for AI-assisted processing.
What we do not claim
Missed2Lead is an early-stage product. We do not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, or other certifications unless a certification is explicitly stated as having been obtained. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Businesses can request correction or deletion of applicable account information. End users can opt out of a messaging program by replying STOP. See the Privacy Policy and Terms for additional details.
