Privacy Policy

Effective September 23, 2026

1. Overview

Missed2Lead (“Missed2Lead,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software that helps businesses respond to missed calls, communicate with prospective customers by text message, organize lead information, and use automated tools to summarize and prioritize conversations.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit missed2lead.com, apply for a pilot, use the Missed2Lead service, or communicate through a Missed2Lead-powered phone or messaging experience.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Depending on how you interact with Missed2Lead, we may collect:

  • Name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and business type.
  • Information submitted through pilot, support, onboarding, or account forms.
  • Legal business and compliance information used to configure communications services, which may include a business registration number or EIN.
  • Business settings, service area, business hours, and communication preferences.
  • Messages, notes, service requests, addresses, availability, and other information included in customer conversations.

Call and messaging information

When Missed2Lead is used for calling or text messaging, we may process phone numbers, call status and timing, message content, message delivery status, opt-in or opt-out status, and related communications metadata.

Technical information

We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, logs, and information used to secure and operate the service.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve Missed2Lead.
  • Send and receive business-related communications requested or authorized by users.
  • Detect missed calls and facilitate follow-up conversations.
  • Organize leads, extract customer-provided details, and generate conversation summaries or priority suggestions.
  • Notify business users when a lead may require attention.
  • Respond to pilot applications, questions, and support requests.
  • Detect misuse, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and enforce our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect rights, safety, and property.

4. SMS and Mobile Information

Where text messaging is offered, messages are intended for customer-service, lead follow-up, account, pilot, or other communications described at the point of opt-in. Message frequency varies based on the interaction. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to a Missed2Lead-powered messaging number to opt out of further messages from that messaging program. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may disclose mobile information to service providers that process communications or provide infrastructure on our behalf, but only as needed to provide and support the service, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the service.

5. Business Customers and End Users

Missed2Lead may process information on behalf of businesses that use our service. In those cases, the business controls its relationship with its callers and customers and is responsible for providing any additional privacy notices, obtaining legally required consent, and using Missed2Lead in accordance with applicable law and messaging requirements.

If you are an end user communicating with a business through Missed2Lead, that business may also have its own privacy policy and data practices.

6. AI-Assisted Processing

Missed2Lead may use automated or artificial-intelligence tools to analyze conversation content, summarize customer requests, extract details supplied by the customer, suggest urgency or next actions, and generate responses. Automated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and are intended to assist business users, not replace human judgment.

7. Service Providers and Disclosures

We use service providers to operate Missed2Lead. Depending on the feature, these may include Twilio for calling and messaging, Supabase for application data and authentication, Railway for application hosting, Netlify for the public website and pilot forms, and OpenAI for AI-assisted processing. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services.

We may also disclose information when required by law; to investigate fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or when necessary to protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell mobile opt-in data or messaging consent, and we do not provide that information to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and how the service is used.

Sensitive business registration numbers may be deleted from active storage after communications registration is completed when they are no longer reasonably needed. Missed2Lead may retain a limited verification record, such as the last four digits and a deletion timestamp.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include HTTPS, authenticated accounts, business-scoped access controls, validation of signed communications-provider webhooks, and application-level encryption of stored business registration numbers. Encryption keys are managed separately from the application database.

Routine production logging is designed to avoid recording full customer message contents and full customer phone numbers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, or deletion. You may also opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. We may need to verify a request before acting on it, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law.

11. Children’s Privacy

Missed2Lead is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
